Amazing sunrise!

One morning last week at about 10ish, one of the secretaries came into my room and told us to look out the window. When we did, this amazing sunrise is what we saw. I took the class outside for a few minutes to watch and take pictures. Glorious!
A few updates...
Avery last wrestling tournament lasted until almost midnight last night. the good news is that we didnt have to come back in the morning this morning because they got done last night. avery didnt place. He would have been 4th place. He had two kids spend the night for his birthday. They stayed up until 3 in the morning playing video games, talking about girls, and laughing about brownies. I think they had fun!

I just finished reading the book, Divine Secrets of the YA-YA Sisterhood. It is about the conflict between a mother and daughter, but it is also about so much more than that. The main character is dealing with her internal struggles. It is about love and family. the book also does a great job of describing Louisiana bayou life during world war II. Interesting book...would recommend.

I can't believe it's December already. It's been really warm here. In the 40's and all the snow is melted. That means that the mud is back in full force. The roads are so deep with mud, the truck slides around more than if it were snow and I almost got stuck a couple times. It's hard to believe after being cold for two months straight that it's December and now its warm.

Okay...gotta go. Robotics team is having open house tonight from 5-7.
