Lisa...I miss you so much. It was so good to hear your voice the yesterday. Thanks so much for sending me those labels and recipes. Getting mail is one of the highlights of my existence these days. Oh, and...Hi, Marcia, just in case you are reading. I hope you are doing well.They're having an ice storm in Ohio. It's so weird to hear about them having way worse weather than we are even having here in Alaska. When you live in Alaska, you kind of expect to be the one telling stories of terrible weather to your friends and family back home, not the other way around. In Bethel today, it must be hovering around the freezing mark because one minute it's snowing and the next it's raining
Go Pack! The Packers won today. They are now have an 11-2 record. They are one of only three teams which have clenched their division. Hey, Go Pack, division champs.

I'm glad your Packers are doing well. I can't say that about my niners. Maybe next year. It's a good thing we don't play you guys again, because I know it wouldn't be pretty.
The dog sled thing sounds like so much fun.I can't wait to hear all about it. I hope your knee is ok. So you probably haven't done any ice skating yet hah?

well, I know how you like your pepsi and, yes, I do believe you had a bit too much that night, but, hey...it was fun.
There is no ice skating here. nothing organized anyway. there are lots of little ponds and stuff, but nothing like a skating rink. I have heard that there is one family that gets a water truck to come out and dump water on their lawn so it freezes into something like a skating pond, but i dont know if there's any truth to it.
didn't you take pics of us together before you left the going away party? thanks for keeping in touch lisa, I'm glad i didnt lose you when I left.
