These are Alaska Cotton wildflowers that grow all over our neighborhood. They're really neat looking, esp when they're in a big bunch like this. For more information about the Alaska Cotton wildflower, click here.
Also, remember these? I wasnt sure what they were called. Well, I found out...it's Squirrel Tail Grass. So, hey Kas, you were pretty close with animal tails. I think you were on to something. I miss you! Call me!
Also, I went out and picked a ton of berries today. I got two zip lock baggies full, washed em' up, and put them in the freezer for later this winter. I'm so glad I went out pickin' because the berries are lookin' kinda sparse. Thanks Kale, for the berry pickin' motivation and for the great conversation.

It's counted as a noxious weed and probably worth pulling out before the seeds spread.
An “invasive species “ is defined as a species that is: 1) non-native to the ecosystem under consideration and 2) whose introduction causes or is likely to cause economic or environmental harm or harm to human health. (Executive Order 13112).

Kas,
The answering machine IS set up. Someone was probably talking on the other line. Besides, we werent home anyway until almost midnight that night.
Tell Mr. RightNow that I said "Hi" and tell Adam too. How's kindergarden going for him? He looked so cute in those pics that you sent.
The pic I have is of you, Adam and Omar. It's just a snapshot that I put in a frame. I would love to have a new pic of the two of you so that I could take the one with Omar down.
Have a great week. Try again to call after you have free minutes. I'd love to talk to you. We're usually home in the evenings during the week.
Besos
